Pricing
We specialize in small yardage concrete deliveries metered to the ¼ yard, therefore we do not have a per yard price. For additional information about delivery and current pricing, please contact us at (503) 774-1786.
Minimum Order: ½ cubic yard
Maximum Order: 4½ cubic yards
Free Delivery Zone
Deliveries are free to the following areas:
- Northeast Portland
- Southeast Portland
- Milwaukie
- Clackamas
- Gladstone
- Happy Valley
- Oak Grove
- West Gresham
Delivery Outside Delivery Zone
There is a minimum $20 mileage charge for the following cities:
- North Portland
- East Gresham
- Troutdale
- Fairview
- Oregon City
Unloading Time
Delivery includes unloading time of 10 minutes per cubic yard, additional standby time at $60.00 per hour thereafter.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us by 12 p.m. the day prior to the delivery or 3 hours prior for weather. Late cancellation or show up/no delivery will incur a $100 service charge.
Hot Water
We use hot water during the winter months with a charge of $5 per cubic yard.
Accelerator
Accelerator is available at $10 per percentage per cubic yard.
Terms
We require cash or check at the time of delivery. If you are not paying by cash or check, please establish credit prior to your delivery. Additional fees may apply under special circumstances.
Concrete strength (psi) is guaranteed at a maximum 4" slump, and concrete is delivered to job forms where accessible by the truck under its own power. All wrecker or towing charges are paid by the customer if the delivery is inside the curb line on private property.
